Помогите с переводом лицензии. law

Здесь вырезка из лицензии на Apache(полный текст http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). Нужно понять, если мы в своих коммерческих продуктах используем код по этой лицензии, каковы наши обязанности. То есть можем ли мы использовать этот код. Если можем то обязаны ли мы открывать наш код?

Здесь два ключевых момента.
Вот пункт здесь написано что мы можем делать все что захотим

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s) with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. А Вот пункт здесь написаны наши обязанности, в случае если мы используем код. Здесь не совсем понятно, что имеется ввиду(больше всего интересует 3ий пункт).
Смысл либо таков: что если мы используем код в производных работах, то лицензия на эту работу должна оставаться такой же(то есть открытой и бесплатной, что невозможно).
Либо смысл таков: что если мы используем код, то должны где-нить в readme написать об этом, что вот мы используем такой-то код по такой-то лицензии правообладатели такие-то лица.
Помогите разобраться, пожалуйста.

1. You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of this License; and

Делайте с продуктами, что Вам заблагорассудится, только чур:

Изменили файл -будьте добры указать, что именно Вы являетесь источником таких изменений в ReadMe.txt
