может, речь об испытаниях в аэродинамической трубе?
как вариант: model - расчетное кол-во, full-scale - фактическое
если же сравнивают результаты испытаний модели (уменьшенного размера) и полномасштабного устройства (что там испытывают?), то это уже надо по-другому думать будет...

Да, об них самых речь).
Да вот непонятен этот full-scale. В тексте есть не только full-scale quantities, но и full-scale period и full-scale frequency. Фактический подошёл бы, если бы не full-scale period - к нему, имхо, не подходит.
Контекст:
In order to define the peak 50-year return period pressures, data was acquired from each transducer for a full-scale period of 205 minutes, 87.8 seconds at model scale, including an allowance for acquisition overrun. The data was sampled at a full-scale frequency of 5 samples per second (700Hz at model scale).
