Subject: wild strike Force majeure is deemed to mean circumstances beyond the seller's control hampering or blocking the fulfilment of the agreement. This will include, if and insofar as such circumstances unreasonably hamper or block the fulfilment: strikes in other companies than that of the seller, wild strikes or political strikes in the seller's company, general shortages of required raw material and/or other materials necessary for the fulfilment of the agreement, unforeseeable stagnation at suppliers and/or other third parties that the seller depends upon, and general transport problems.Заранее спасибо
