Subject: debts of the company law Добрый день! Не могу понять значение слова "debts" в предложении: A member is elected into membership of the company by the directors on condition that the member undertakes to contribute to the debts of the company up to a certain specified maximum amount.

ИМХО смысл в том, что лицу предоставляется членство в обмен на погашение им определенной части долгов компании |
