Подскажите, пожалуйста, что значит Acquisition indemnity. Возмещение убытков, связанных с чем?
Это из кредитного договора

5.2 Acquisition indemnity
The Borrower agrees to indemnify each Finance Party against any loss or liability incurred by that Finance Party in connection with or arising out of the Acquisition, unless it is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of that Finance Party.
