Контекст следующий:
12.3 Company Obligations
(a) If a dispatch is received by the Company from EDL requesting the delivery of Capacity to EDL during a period in which the Company is complying, or is required to comply, with a Dispatch (as defined in the EGAT PPA) from EGAT, the Company shall use its reasonable endeavours during such period to deliver such Capacity from the Energy Facility to EDL up to the level which is the lesser of (i) the level of Capacity requested by EDL or (ii) the Available Energy.

Меня интересует слово dispatch: это либо официальное сообщение, полученное Компанией (в начале предложения)
либо распределение мощности/нагрузки от EGAT, требования которого нужно соблюсти.(далее по тексту).Не пойму, имеет ли слово dispatch в этом абзаце одно и тоже значение везде?
