COMPANY shall have the right to complete (or to have completed) WORK at CONTRACTOR’S cost by whatever method it deems expedient, including the hiring of any other contractors and take-over of CONTRACTOR’S property 2) COMPANY shall have the right to take-over any uncompleted parts of the PLANT or RESULT OF WORK. 3) CONTRACTOR shall immediately commence to assign to COMPANY such Subcontracts and Purchase Orders as provided for in sub-article 11.6 hereof that COMPANY shall elect to take-over.
