Subject: According to the table B.2.4. the proposed project activity couldn’t be considered as being additional. (The financial indicator IRR shows that e.g. the project sites «Myakinino» and «Lobnya» aren’t financially less attractive «Ashan» without the revenue from the sale of CERs.) Hence, please proceed to the Step 3 – “Barrier Analysis”. (In this case the grave proofs should be submitted to the determination team, too.)
