Subject: contitnue to term law Меня этот договор добьет скоро. :(Should the Seller fail to dispatch the initial shipment as per the Delivery Schedule and within in the allocated time frame and as in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of this Contract, the Buyer may terminate the contract without penalty. However, if the first shipment is dispatched as promised and meets with the said terms and conditions, the contract would continue to term. Что значит continue to term? |
