Subject: TOP Plz help to translate TOP = Turnover package (приемосдаточная документация ???)Context: "Each Operational system will constitute a Turnover Package (TOP). The scope of the TOP’s will be defined by the Commissioning Group and approved by Project-Manager, as well their delivery priority according to project scheduling. The Commissioning Group will propose the scope of the respective TOP as soon as it has the first approved edition of P&ID’s and single line drawings, and will publish the list of TOP’s with sufficient notice by way of a written document sent to Project Manager".
