Please help translating this sentence into appropriate Russian used in Agreements and Contracts.

In such cases, the Company may withhold the amount of taxes or other withholdings due from payments to be made to Developer under this Agreement and remit such taxes or other withholdings withheld to the appropriate governmental authority.

В таких случаях Компания может удержать сумму налогов или других подлежащих удержанию вычетов из суммы оплаты, причитающейся Разработчику (или кто там по контракту) по настоящему Соглашению, и перевести такие налоги или другие удержанные вычеты соответствующим государственным органам. (здесь слово "удержанные" лучше убрать, так будет лучше и благозвучней, а то что они удержаны и так понятно)
