Загвоздка в термине Issuance of Work Statements. Work Statements по тексту переводила как Описание Работ. Есть ли лучшие (более правильные) варианты? И как будет вот это upon execution? The initial Work Statement(s) agreed to by the Parties are set forth in the Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. Additional Work Statements, if any, regardless of whether they relate to the same subject matter as the initial Work Statement(s), shall become effective upon execution by authorized representatives of Company and Developer.
