Пожалуйста, помогите cформулировать:
Общество состоит в трудовых отношениях с одним сотрудником – Генеральным директором. Иных штатных и внештатных сотрудников в Обществе нет.
(The Company has an employment contract only with one official- the General Director. There are no any other staff and non-staff members in the Company ?)

Как вариант:
The only employee of the Company is its General Director. No other persons are employed by the Company as staff members or freelancers.
