Correction of nonconformities in the manner and for the period of time provided above shall be the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of the Supplier (including any liability for special, indirect or consequential damages) whether in warranty, contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise with respect to any nonconformance of or defect or deficiency in the product supplied or services furnished.
