Granting price - это похоже цена акции во время продажи опциона... This SAR has a granting price which is the share price at the timeof granting. The holders can exercise his rights during the designated timeperiod of a year within a fixed number of years at certain conditions. The difference of the granting price and the exercise price (the share price on thedate the holder exercises his rights) will be paid by the company in RMB to the holder. There is no need of actual exchange of currency in the process. |
