Помогите перевести пожалуйста:

Аварийный насос с дизельным приводом имеет выхлоп прямо в здании - необходимо вывести трубу на улицу.

Транспортер подачи топлива имеет люк на высоте от пола 3,5 м., который периодически засоряется. Работники вынуждены вставать на перила и очищать люк - необходимо достроить площадку.
