Помогите пожалуйста перевести абзац:

Так как места для постройки (увеличения) склада не достаточно.
В связи с этим прошу вас включить в техническое задание на проектирование второй очереди фабрики, химический склад, который будет соответствовать всем строительным, пожарным и др. требованиям.

Как Вы думаете, предложение составлено нормально? Если не совсем, то надо или "так как", или "в связи с этим" убрать.

Since there’s no sufficient space where to fit in a new storage/warehouse facility or a an extension to the existing one I therefore request you to include into the statement of work for Phase 2 a chemical storage/warehouse facility which would accommodate/meet/satisfy/suit all construction, fire safety and other requirements/specifcations..

There is not enough space to construct (expand) the stockhouse. For this purpose i kindly ask you to iclude warehose for chemicals meeting all the construction and fire protection requirements into the technical requirements of the second phase of fabric constructing.
