1. Agents for service
1.1 ABC and the Guarantor irrevocably agree that any Service Document may be properly served on it in England and Wales by service on [• ] of [• ] or such other agent as is last notified to [• ] by IFS and the Guarantor in writing.

Да, я наверное, неправильно сформулировала вопрос.Мне непонятно кто же из них является этим самым агентом, и особенно мне непонятно вот это место by service on [• ] of [• ] в первом предложении.
