No failure by the Licensee or the Licensor to exercise any right given to it
hereunder, or to insist upon strict compliance by me with any obligation,
agreement or undertaking hereunder, and no custom or practice of the Licensee
or the Licensor at variance with the terms hereof shall constitute a waiver of the
Licensee’s or the Licensor’s right to demand full and exact compliance by me with
the terms hereof.
