Подскажите, плиз, кто разбирается в юриспруденции, как правильно называется вот такая статья в Договоре:"Salvatory provision" "Should one of the provisions of this Agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid of enforceable one."
