Знает кто-то что это за закон или документ: MPA
Singapore Exemption?

The Class 8 substances as packaged, palletized, loaded, blocked, braced and shipped in this sea container are transported in accordance with MPA Singapore Exemption CAA-IMDG dated 19 December, 2003 and do not react dangerously with each other when shipped in this manner.

Может это какое-то Освобождение касательно максимально допустимого количества груза?
