Unless otherwise determined by the Company in general meeting, any original shares for the time being unissued and not allotted and any new shares from time to time to be created shall, before they are issued, be offered to the Members in proportion, as nearly as may be, to the number of shares held by them. произвести их отчуждение (акций то есть).

Не пропустил. Просто хороший английский (хотя и типовой) + "these Regulations" вместо "these Articles" в уставе (и еще кое-что малозаметное по мелочи) - своего рода signature фирмы Kyрros Chysostomides & Co. Law Offices, 1, Lambosa Street, Nicosia, которая его драфтила. Точнее, кустомизировала болванку. Впрочем, я могу и ошиба... (с)

У нас была преподавательница по римскому праву - очень известная, кстати, в цивилистике дама - так вот, она утверждала, что впосле допустимо сказать "отчудить". Я и сама так не пишу, и других не призываю - просто к слову пришлось...
