Пункты доп соглашения к контракту commer.

Пожалуйста помогите срочно перевести:

Контекст:

1. Пункт 3.1. контракта № 1 от 01.01.2007 г. изложить в следующей редакции: «Покупатель» производит оплату в течении 150-ти календарных дней с момента получения товара.»
2. В связи с изменением названия банка и счета «Покупателя» просим считать правильными следующие банковские реквизиты «Покупателя»:
3. Настоящее дополнительное соглашение является неотъемлемой частью контракта № 1 от 01.01.2007 г.
4. Во всем остальном, что не было оговорено настоящим соглашением, стороны руководствуются условиями основного контракта № 1 от 01.01.2007 г. и действующим законодательством Республики Беларусь.
5. Настоящее соглашение составлено в двух экземплярах, имеющих одинаковую юридическую силу по одному для каждой из сторон.

Первый пункт я вроде бы уже перевел, просмотрите правильно ли:

1.Contractual clause 3.1. of contract No. 1 dd. 1/1/2007 shall be amended as follows: “Consumer” make payment within 150 calendar days from the date of all goods have been delivered to buyer's warehouse.”

Меня больше интересует перевод второго пункта!!!

Поймите, я сам не переводчик, а наш переводчик попал в больницу, а перевод нужно срочно осуществить. Кое что я перевел сам благодоря этому сайту, но кое что мне все же не под силу...

Как вариант:
1. Para 3.1. of Contract #1 dated 01.01.2007 shall read as follows:
“The Buyer shall effect payment within 150 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods”.
2. Following the official name change of the Bank and change of the Buyer’s bank account details, banking details of the Buyer as stated below shall apply:
3. This Supplemental/ary Agreement forms an integral part of Contract #1 dated 01.01.2007.
4. In all other cases, not specified by the provisions hereof, the Parties shall be governed by terms and conditions of the underlying Contract #1 dated 01.01.2007 and currently applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
5. This Agreement is made in two originals, both being equally authentic, one for each Party.

2. The Buyer's following Bank details shall be deemed to be valid due to changes in the bank's name and the details of the Buyer's account:
3. This amendment agreement is attached to Contract No. 104/05-07 dd. 8/5/2007 and to be deemed an integral part thereof.
4. In all other cases, not specified in present Agreement, the Parties shall be governed by terms and conditions of Contract No. 104/05-07 dd. 8/5/2007 and existing law of Republic of Belarus.
5. This amendment agreement shall be signed in two counterparts, both of them having equal legal effect, one for each Party.
