Суммы любых платежей, причитающихся от Компании Менеджеру согласно настоящему Договору, не включают налог на добавленную стоимость ("НДС") и любые иные налоги и сборы, которые периодически могут применяться согласно действующему законодательству. Любые такие дополнительные налоги и сборы прибавляются к сумме соответствующей выплаты, причитающейся от Компании по соответствующему счету Менеджера, и уплачиваются Компанией.
