Повторюсь: "governed by" может договор и пр. This Agreement is governed by Russian law. Компания может rely on или act in reliance on... shall - договорная форма. Может переводиться и как "должна", и настоящим, и даже будущим временем (по контексту). E.g. The Borrower shall pay the Principal by equal semi-annual installments - БУДЕТ (или должен) выплачивать - наст. время тут не идет. И т.д. Мира, если у Вас договор - то shall rely on Если отчет о деятельности компании - то НИКОГДА! relies on Потому и необходимо приводить широкий КОНТЕКСТ! |
