Subject: семья не восстановилась Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: Поскольку в судебном заседании установлено, что за период рассмотрения спора судом семья не восстановилас, заявленные требования подлежат удовлетворению. Не Restored же, в самом деле? Заранее спасибо |

imho: Based on court's findings of fact/since the court hearing found that the family had not been reinstated the divorce petition filed shall be acted on. |

In the hearings the court established that the the spouses had failed to restore their marriage in the coure of the proceedings and therefore upheld the petition. foxtrot - вы были быстрее:) |
