It seemed rather silly that it should matter if my rifle is a 1/4" bore or a 1/2" bore. Why are 50 caliber rifles not legal for hunting or suitable for use in gun clubs? 50BMG is not the only 50 caliber chambering available. Are the smaller cartridges such as 50-70 (black powder) also difficult to aquire? I am asking these questions because I have been unable to find answers in English on the net. Thanks. |
