(DOD) A concise expression of the purpose of the operation and the desired end state. It may also include the commander's assessment of the adversary commander's intent and an assessment of where and how much risk is acceptable during the operation.

Замысел командира
(Мин.Об.) Краткая (лаконичная) формулировка (боевой) задачи операции и ее (планируемой) конечной цели. Может включать в себя оценку командира (вероятного) замысла противника и оценку степени риска приемлемой при проведении операции.
