All employees are required to attend (training) courses. At the end of the training program, workers recieve a certificate. |

All recently employed/newly signed on personnel/staff should be trained (undergo/recieve/go through training) in their individual specialties. Upon graduation they will be issued with/awarded certificates attesting to their qualifications. |
