I tried to find the information in Russian web. There was nothing. Only information about Okha and Sakhalin. Sorry. I have an idea: foreign companies working in oil field of that region might have the same problem. May be you can find thier representative offices in UK, and negotiate with them? I am afraid, there is no such information in Web anywhere. As a rule it is in hard copies only, and the quality is awful to scan it. |
