that the Company enters into, and delivers and performs each of the Documents, with such modification (including additions, substitution or deletion of the parties) to such Document as the person executing the relevant Documents on behalf of the Company shall in such person’s sole discretion deem necessary or advisable and in the case of the Documents not mentioned in this resolution in such form as the person executing the same on behalf of the Company shall in such person’s sole discretion deem necessary or advisable in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby

1. о том, что Компания заключает, предоставляет и исполняет каждый Документ с таким изменением (включая дополнения, замену и удаление сторон) в такой Документ, когда лицо исполняет соответствующие Документы от имени Компании по своему усмотрению
