Subject: please help to translate ASK DEROGATION КОНТЕКСТ:!!!! has advised me that she has had a long discussion with !!!!
and !!!! trying to invent at least something for the positive direction
of the problem. As a result, they have decided to write to the Headquarters
another letter and ASK DEROGATION for using money from another Action
Programme. I don't want the Team to announce this to our clients as yet as
this procedure is virtually impossible given EU regulations but I want the
Team to be aware that the EU Delegation are doing everything they can to
redeem the situation (just in case there are comments from our clients - at
least they can say the EU are still looking into this issue).
