Что такое Carbonyl fluoride. Я предполагаю, что это фторофосген, но могу ошибаться.

Полностью фраза (речь о дифторметане (Difluoromethane)):

Carbonyl fluoride.
Carbon monoxide (это я так понимаю моноксид углерода, он же угарный газ СО)
