Subject: what does your employer own? Liffe,I decided to move this to a PM in light of not wanting the rest of the forum to really bother as I dont see too much serious discussion coming out of it. I am curious as to your view on traditional management and employee-employer relations. What I have been writing about on the forum is where I think any business (even office bound) should be going in the future. In a world of ever growing (booming) technology I see less and less use coming from the traditional office-bound structure. With modern communication technology and its rapid development I see a future (even just 10 years from now) in which the traditional structure will break down given that your employer is capable of fulfilling his tasks from outside the office. The traditional structure developed as a necessity based on the need to communicate quickly and effectively with your employees. Where is the need for this structure even today in many cases?
