Subject: Employee Matters Пожалуйста, помогите разобраться.В предложении интересует "will be credited with their years of benefits eligibility service". To the extent not duplicative of benefits, for purposes of eligibility to participate, calculation of benefits and vesting in all benefits provided by the Parent Group to officers and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries, such officers and employees will be credited with their years of benefits eligibility service with the Company and its Subsidiaries and any predecessors thereof to the extent such service with a predecessor was so recognized under analogous Employee Benefit Plans (including, but not limited to vacation pay plans) of the Company and its Subsidiaries prior to the Effective Time. Ранее речь идёт о предоставлении работникам компенсаций и льгот/ А также: как лучше перевести название пункта "Employee Matters". Надеюсь на помощь |

Может быть, так: will be credited with their years = им будут засчитаны годы их службы (с правом на получение льгот) ? |

2 Lebed Конечно, пособия, но я перевожу на украинский, а слово "допомоги" во мн.ч. как-то не звучит, вот и пишу "пільги" (или не стоит?). А тут - издержки ночного обратного перевода :) |

Lebed -1 It's about benefits program provided by this company because of the context. It must be some kind of work-sponsored retirement investment plan - something of that sort. Accumulation of benefits. |

| You have to differentiate between government paid pension (that's the one you are talking about) and personal retirement accounts when people invest money on their own (in this case Company is contributing) - as usually they invest it into stock market. It must be a very large company because their benefits package sounds very impressive. The amount is accumulating over the years - the more you work the bigger it gets - that's why they are stressing out what years exactly are included into calculation. It's benefits package as a whole and that's nice that they have this program because many companies don't and elderly people end up living only on government (social security) pension which is not that much. |

| Also consider - there might be paid leave, continuance of health insurance included and who knows what else - so think about it as a package and translate accordingly - may be you even have a list somewhere of what they offer. Good luck! |
