· Initial Network Operation Centre set-up costs;
· BlackBerry start-up kit (test Handhelds, Software and Accessories);
· IOT testing during BlackBerry solution deployment;
· Detailed documentation to assist Buyer;
· Standard documentation and standard test reports to assist Buyer in acquiring local market type approval;
