| неясно, о какой "стенке" брыжейки идет речь. брыжейка представляет собой дупликатуру брюшины с залегающими в ней кровеносными и лимфатическими сосудами и лимфатическими узлами. брыжейка входит в фиксирующий аппарат кишечника. термин "стенка брыжейки" мне, признаться, не встречался. иногда говорят "листок брыжейки". думаю, тут можно использовать такой термин. |
