Помогите проверить перевод договора:

По согласованию с Исполнителем вносить изменения в условия заявленного размещения рекламы, касающиеся даты и места, а также отказаться от размещения заявленных рекламных материалов, не позднее, чем за 20 (двадцать) рабочих дней до начала размещения, ранее предусмотренного согласованного Сторонами Приложения. Все изменения принятые Исполнителем в соответствии с настоящим пунктом Договора указываются в согласованном Сторонами Приложении.

мой вариант:
Upon agreement with the Contractor, alter the terms and conditions of the advertising related to date and place of dissemination, as well as refuse placement of advertising materials declared no later than 20 (twenty) working days before the date of placement as per Appendix prior approved by the Parties. All amendments, accepted by the Contractor as provided herein, shall be specified in the Appendix approved by the Parties.

Revise/amend, as per agreement with/as agreed with the Contractor, advertising placement arrangements with respect to to the date and location as well as give notice of refusal to place advertising materials no later than 20 (twenty) working days than the agreed date in the Appendix priorly approved [or in advance] by the Parties. All amendments accepted by the Contractor hereunder shall be accordingly specified in the Appendix approved by the Parties.
