Это все там же в Кредитном какие-то repeating representations это могут быть повторные заверения?
Контекст:
The Company confirms to each Finance party that on the date on which it countersigns this letter and on the Effective Date, the Repeating Representations:
- are true, and
- would also be true, if ....
и как лучше перевести countersign подписывает в свою очередь?
