legal expert instead of lawyer
advised on various Russian laws without "specific moments"
permitting? what is it in Russian?
environment instead of ecology
represented in courts and other state institutions? too vague imho. better to be more specific.
settle instead of solve

and i believe there is a standard English phrase for "we’d like to recommend him to anyone interested in his employment" google?

it seems to me unsuitable to write such word as "talented" when you describe the candidate
