Здравствуйте, вот встретилась фраза в договоре купли продажи, вроде стандартная, но раньше таких не встречал, помогите перевести пожалуйста

Мы, нижеподписавшиеся, .... с одной стороны, и .... с другой стороны, при наличии волеизъявлений и внутренней воли направленных на заключение договора купли-продажи дома, будучи способными понимать значение своих действий и руководить ими, заключили настоящий договор о нижеследдующем:
