This Tenancy is only included in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDSRA) if *name of the company* holds the deposit as stakeholder. The Landlord and/or the Tenant must endeavour to notify the Member Firm that there is a dispute over the deposit........ The ICE (Independent Case Examiner) reserves the right to decline to consider disputes which have arisen outside this timescale. В связи я этим такие вопросы:
1. Что такое member firm. Это указанная компания?
2. как адекватно перевести TDSRA и ICE - смысл мне понятен, но, возможно, кто-то уже с этим сталкивался, или есть какой-то устоявшийся вариант. Thx in advance )))
