Subject: UPON TRUST Upon trust to transfer the said shares to the Grantor if, after written notice given to the Grantor by the Trustee, the former for more than fifteen days from the date of the notice fails to indicate another persons to whom the said shares may be transferred and upon further trust that, if the Grantor fails to accept such transfer of share, to transfer the said shares to any other person of the choice of the Trustee, after ensuring that the Grantor's interests in the said shares are fully secured.Меня интересует только как передать upon trust.
