Пожалуйста, посмотрите, что тут нужно исправить. Особенно смущает "перед третьими лицами"

ХХХ уполномочен представлять интересы Компании перед третьими лицами, в том числе вести с третьими лицами переговоры, по вопросу покупки акций ОАО YYY, ОКПО... с правом заключения договора купли-продажи, совершать все необходимые действия, связанные с выполнением данного поручения.

XXX is authorized to represent the interests of the Company before third parties, including carrying out talks with third parties concerning the purchase of shares of OAO YYY, OKPO..., with rights of concluding purchase and sale agreements, and performing all the necessary activities in connection with executing this order.

как вариант:
XXX is authorized to represent the Company’s interests before the third parties, in particular, to carry out negotiations on acquisition of shares in OAO YYY, with the right to enter into sale-purchase agreement, as well as to undertake all other actions requisite for the performance thereof.

Supra, наши английские юристы пишут именно так. Решила проверить, набрала в Yahoo "represent before", масса примеров. Спорить не буду, может быть, это какая-то архаичная заморочка, но, тем не менее, она существует...
