Plate incorporation test of Ames w/ S. typhimurium TA100 as test organism was used for the investigation of mutagenicity of test cpds. Metabolic activation of S-9 liver fractions from Sprague-Dawley animals treated w/ Aroclor 1254 was applied. S-9 liver fractions were prepared from male rats. Each selection plate contained 20 ml selection medium w/ 3 ml top agar (2.7 ml soft agar, 0.1 ml bacteria, 0.1 ml mutagen & 0.1 ml S-9 mix or 0.85% saline). No effects, dose range: 0.2 to 5.0 g/l.

судя по теме, CPDs -- циклобутан-пиримидиновые димеры

Безболезненно можно опустить incorporation, поскольку по сути это ничего не прибавляет и не убавляет; у нас этот тест обычно называют просто "тестом Эймса", всем все понятно.
