Гортаноглотка - это совсем другое. Вернее, это толька малая часть сабжа. Это нижняя треть глотки, где располагается вход в гортань.

А upper aerodigestive system - это все, что описано в ответе Riffinschtal. Я бы сказал, "верхние отделы дыхательных путей и пищеварительного тракта". Или как в варианте Ldashster.
