Subject: mixed feedback Could you please help me?I am not overwhelmed with the quality of the candidates in distribution. The most logical, the Ust-Rec leader does not impress me to be willing to provide leadership, or a willingness to do the necessary traveling. The Heat-Net safety manager and the Semi manager has potential, however I have had some mixed feedback on both. I suggest that we nominate an acting manager, with an agreement to provide leadership for 6 months and then firm up that decision. Thanks, |
