Do you have German original?
(not to mention that the whole sentence (AT LEAST) would be more helpful - you've been in this forum for some time and should know this).

i just thought they might be the sort of thing that if you see them you know the context. they seem pretty specific.
i dont have the german original, unfortunately. i would have already looked at it if i did. even with my half dead german and a russian dictionary i might have come up with something.

context:
1. subordinated capital and short-term subordinated capital -
The Company is entitled, in compliance with the applicable statutory provisions as amended from time to time, to raise supplementary (Tier-2) capital, subordinated capital or short-term subordinated capital pursuant to Sections 23 paragraph 7 through 8a, as well as hybrid capital pursuant to Section 24 paragraph 2 sub-paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Austrian Banking Act.

2. Funded Bank Bonds and Act dd 27 December 1905 on Funded Bank Bonds and Funded debt securities -
-
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF FUNDED DEBT SECURITIES
§ 28
In case the Company issues funded bank bonds pursuant to the Act of 27 December 1905 on Funded Bank Bonds, it shall act in compliance with the provisions of said Act, as amended from time to time, related to the funding of the claims resulting from such bonds.

I have a suspicion that "funded bonds" in fact are "covered bonds" - but not much rationale for this.

And "subordinated capital" and "hybrid capital" are "subordinated debt" and "hybrid securities" respectively (they are allowed to be counted towards Tier-2 capital)... But again I will not repeat it under oath :)

направление:
"привлеченные ресурсы"
"короткие" привлеченные ресурсы\средства или краткосрочные (меньше года)
по средствам выпуска облигаций или ценных бумаг в качестве долговых обязательств.
