and on that note, can any think of what they meant in English by "replacement members" and "replacement elections" when the topic is the Board of Directors and/or the Control Committee? I know there is a special term in English but cant remember it and nothing is coming to my head in Russian. i have Zameni and Vibori zamenov. is that ok? |

М.б., лучше все-таки не запасные, а замещающие. Это ведь не футбол. :-) replacement - возможно, они так переиначили reserve directors (обычная фраза в уставах офшоров). |
