Subject: indirect account Доброе утро!Кто-нибудь может подсказать, как на рус. можно перевести фразу "indirect account" в следующем контексте: During the term of this Agreement, all costs and expenses related to operations on the Contract Area shall be for the indirect account of the Shareholders via the Joint Account in proporation to their respective Percentage Interests from time to time except as set forth herein or as otherwise specifically provided.
